Purpose

KHG-980 automatic gantry type unloader for unloading workpieces, with left and right lifting tables, improving work efficiency. Suitable for continuous mass production and incorporation into an edge banding or drilling line.

Main features

• The high-strength portal structure with lifting tables ensures stable operation throughout the entire service life.
• Two lifting tables ensure a continuous operation of the equipment. The lift table automatically moves up or down the same level as the infeed roller conveyor, saving time when loading and unloading workpieces.
• The capture of the workpiece occurs by a mechanism equipped with vacuum suction cups, the frequency of loading and unloading is 12-15 times / min.
• The user-friendly user interface provides various loading and unloading modes, and allows you to alternate between loading and unloading by sensor and software.
• The equipment has a protective fence equipped with a door sensor: the door opens when loading or unloading workpieces from the lifting table.
