CNC beam saws/panel saws

Beam saw is controlled via an industrial PC based on WINDOWS 10 OS.

CNC beam saws/panel saws are equipped with their own software KDT-PreSize (completely in Russian), which allows you to set and monitor all machine parameters.

The ability to work with various programs - cutting optimizers (Giblab) , and therefore the machine is perfect for both mass production and services. It is also possible to equip the machine with label printing.

The frame of the machine is made of special carbon steel and is designed according to CAD programs, where the maximum allowable loads and structural requirements are calculated and simulated.

The drive for moving the carriage of the saw unit of the CNC beam saw is carried out by means of a servomotor and a GEAR-RAIL drive, which ensures a cutting accuracy of up to 0.1 mm . The speed of movement of the saw unit is from 120 m/min to 200 m/min (for top models), and the speed of movement of the program pusher is up to 95 m/min.

The machines are equipped with various saw units with saws with a diameter of 400 mm or 450 mm in conjunction with engine of 18.5 kW , which allows cutting a package of blanks from 90 to 120 mm.

CNC beam saws/panel saws can cut material from 2850 to 4300 mm, and produce a minimum workpiece from 34 x 45 mm.

The cut line is covered with air-fed plates - reduces damage to the laminate when it enters the cutting area. The front infeed tables are equipped with an air cushion, which makes it easier to move parts into the processing area.

The workpiece pusher is equipped with 8 clamps for 3200 mm machines and 10 clamps for 4300 mm machines. All clamps are double, which is an expensive option for other manufacturers.

The clamping beam is controlled by software, which saves the time of raising and lowering the beam during each cut. In most of these machines, the beam moves from the full down position to the full up position.

KDT CNC panel saws have a system in which the beam is raised by 30 mm. above the stack of blanks (be it a single sheet or a stack of sheets), thereby reducing beam travel and downtime.

There is also protection for the operator when working with replacement saws or when working in the cutting area on the table.
