KDT Machinery's multi-beam drilling machines are divided by type into automatic and semi-automatic. Automatic drilling machines are equipped with a conveyor and can work in through or return mode, while semi-automatic type machines lack a conveyor and require more manual work.
A special place in the KDT equipment line is occupied by drilling machines with cassette workpiece feed, which are equipped with a device for unloading and stacking workpieces and can simultaneously process up to two workpieces simultaneously in one pass.
Machines, depending on the model, can process the workpiece from 3 or 4 sides. Models for machining workpieces on 4 sides are equipped with upper traverses with drilling heads. Machines can be equipped with a different number of upper and lower traverses.
The machines are equipped with drilling heads for 11 and 21 spindles. Drilling heads with 11 spindles can be rotated by 90 degrees, which makes it possible to optimize the drilling operation.
