The automated four-sided edge banding station consists of four KE-655JHSKA edgebanding machines. Each machine is configured to process workpieces of the same width, ensuring consistent edgebanding quality.

The technological process is organized to minimize manual labor and ensure smooth operation. The operator loads the panel onto a conveyor, which aligns and moves it to the first machine, where one side is edgebanded. Then, the conveyor system moves the panel to the second machine and automatically aligns it. This machine works with the opposite side.

Next, the operator takes the panel and places it on the parallel return line, which includes the third and fourth machines. These machines edgeband the remaining two sides in the same manner. This consecutive scheme guarantees complete four-sided edgebanding while maintaining high standards of precision and aesthetics.
