From September 10 to 12 this year, a gathering of KDT service engineers and managers from various countries took place in the Czech Republic. Representatives from Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Moldova were present. We are all united by a common goal and our belonging to the large KDT family, which once again confirms the strength of our international team.

The first day of the event was entirely dedicated to sharing technical experience. Engineers from the service teams analyzed real cases and non-standard work situations, and discussed ways to speed up the installation and launch of equipment. The nuances of precise setup and subsequent maintenance of the machines were also analyzed. Practical master classes were held in the exhibition hall, during which specialists practiced setting up various models and analyzed in detail the possible difficulties during their commissioning.

The second day was dedicated to both technical issues and strategic plans and mutual support. Participants discussed market trends and achievements since the previous meeting. In addition, they focused in detail on client projects, current requests from enterprises, and the nuances of technical support.

The third day began with a visit from Mr. Zhou Zhaowen, a representative of KDT Machinery/MesEdge. He is an experienced technical specialist who perfectly knows all the company's equipment. Mr. Zhou presented new machines and modern technological solutions, focusing specifically on automation and robotization. Participants were shown a new automated production management system. In particular, the team discussed solutions for optimizing processing and equipment for quality control of edge banding and drilling using artificial intelligence.

Such meetings have already become a good tradition for us and are held regularly. They provide a unique opportunity to keep our finger on the pulse of global innovations, improve skills, and make our international Stancomplect team even more professional, united, and ready for any challenges for the comfort of our clients.
