The KDT NESTING LINE automatic line based on KN-3710DE is designed for high-speed milling of sheet materials (plywood, furniture board, chipboard, MDF), various composite materials and plastics, as well as soft and hard wood. It is effectively used in small-scale and large-scale production, it can be introduced into automatic lines.
The machine is equipped with a modern DELTA CNC system (Taiwan). The CNC system has a wide range of application functions. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly prepare the staff of the enterprise for programming and work on the machine.

High precision of execution guarantees precise movement of the console and spindle, which subsequently affects the accuracy of processing.

An effective chip removal system into 2 separate aspiration outlets - for the milling unit and the drilling group, improves the quality of processing and prevents damage to parts. The efficiency of aspiration is complemented by an intelligent airflow system installed directly on the spindle. The system allows you to direct the air flow in the direction opposite to the current processing and keep the cutting area clean, which improves the quality of the cut.
The sensor of automatic measurement and calibration of the tool makes an accurate measurement of the length of the tool, reduces the setup time of the machine, which greatly facilitates the work of the operator.
Ball screws along the Z axis - movement is carried out using a PMI ball screw (Taiwan) , which guarantees the complete absence of backlash, and subsequently high movement accuracy.
Gear rack and pinion KAI HE (Taiwan) with teeth ground from hardened steel provide high accuracy and smooth running due to minimal friction and no backlash. The pinion is integrated into a high precision planetary gearbox.
HIWIN (Taiwan) rolling guides and bottom brackets provide smooth running due to minimal friction, while maintaining a tight grip and precision accuracy.
High power INVT 1.5KW servo motors and SESAME Motor Taiwan precision planetary gearboxes ensure synchronous movement, high precision and dynamics.
A dual-circuit lubrication system lubricates all necessary components and assemblies - automatic lubrication system along the X / Y axis, manual lubrication system along the Z axis.
Pneumatic lifting jacks provide precise positioning and ease the operator's work.
The workpiece pusher / workbench cleaning reduces maintenance time and prevents chips from getting under the workpiece, which significantly affects the quality of processing, facilitating the work of the operator. At the same time, it collides workpieces and cleans the table from chips.
All equipment of the KDT plant uses electrical components from trusted manufacturers. They are interchangeable, thereby increasing the efficiency of service maintenance and quality control. These are mainly Delta Electronics, INVT (Innovation Value Teamwork), some configurations use special-purpose components from Schneider Electric, Siemens, Lenovo (industrial computer).
2 Becker vacuum pumps of 5.5 kW each with a capacity of 250 m3/h each ensure a secure fixation of the workpiece.
The automatic loading mechanism allows the machine to load panels independently and be used in automated lines when loading tables are connected.
The KN-1710TS hydraulic loading table is equipped with a workpiece tracking system, accurate positioning, and a label printer. The system prints and applies labels while the CNC milling center processes the panel. As soon as the nested panel is processed, the marking of the next one is ready. It is loaded automatically at the same time as the finished panel is unloaded.
The receiving conveyor KHA-9710 is equipped with optical sensors for automatic feeding/stopping of the tape for further unloading in the receiving area. When the workpiece, moving along the conveyor belt, crosses the light beam, the receiver generates a signal that stops the conveyor, unloading is performed, after which the conveyor resumes movement to the next batch of parts.
