Purpose

The semi-automatic CNC Machining Center KDT KHM-606 is designed for milling door panels at the ends and for further installation of door fittings: hinges, locks, keyholes and other door fittings.

The machine allows you to quickly and accurately drill holes sequentially on all planes of the workpiece, in accordance with a given program in a semi-automatic mode.

The machine is used in door, furniture and joinery industries engaged in serial production of doors and other prefabricated structures.

Engineering advantages

Processing of the door leaf occurs on the one hand in a semi-automatic mode. High-quality spindles with high speed cleanliness allow high-quality machining. This eliminates the need for additional processing after using the machine.

 

In total, the machine has 2 groups of milling spindles that process horizontally and vertically.

 

Each group has the following configuration:

• Group No. 1 - 6 kW + 2.2 kW (horizontally).
• Group No. 2 - 6 kW + 2.2 kW (vertically).

The control panel has a simple and understandable machine control program that allows you to quickly set and change processing parameters.

OPTIONAL! The machine has a barcode scanner, which enables fast reading and loading of data into the system. The information on the label is used to call up the processing program.

Positioning and fixation of the workpiece takes place on both sides of the workpiece, thanks to powerful servo clamps. Clamps prevent the part from slipping during processing.

After leveling the part with side stops, the height of the workpiece is measured with a special sensor.

The double-sided tool calibration sensor allows you to accurately measure the tools of the vertical and horizontal milling groups.
