The KDT KD-812A CNC through drilling center with six drilling, four milling and two grooving groups on two independent tables is designed for high-speed processing of workpieces from six sides in the through mode, which allows increasing the processing efficiency. The machine is used for serial production.

Each working table has 3 drilling groups : 12 - horizontal spindles, 35 - vertical spindle (26 - top, 9 - bottom) and 2 milling units - 1 top (5.5 kW) + 1 bottom (3.5 kW) + top grooving units with a saw (disk diameter 120 mm).
In total, 4 milling spindles, two grooving units and 6 drilling groups are installed on two tables for: 94 drilling spindles (70 vertical + 24 horizontal).
The machine can process two panels at the same time, both top and bottom, within one working cycle, thanks to the possibility of drilling from 6 sides.
4 milling spindles - 2x5.5 kW + 2x3.5 kW (top and bottom) for sawing straight and curved grooves.
2 grooving units with a saw (disk diameter 120 mm).
The machine bed was developed taking into account CAD programs, where the maximum allowable loads and requirements for the machine design were calculated and simulated. The welded frame is tempered to relieve all internal stresses in the material, then processing takes place on a five-axis metalworking machine, where all platforms and holes for mounting components and assemblies are milled.
Mobile plates in the drilling area allow for through milling.
Easy movement of parts on the table occurs due to the air flow supplied by a special electric fan through the holes in the upper part of the table, thereby eliminating the possible appearance of scratches on the lower surface of the part.
Two automatic clamps allow you to securely hold workpieces from 250 mm to 2800 mm long and perform fewer interceptions during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of the work cycle compared to machines with a single grip. Clamps operate at speeds up to 140 m/min .
The machine carries out automatic alignment and positioning of the workpiece.

The minimum workpiece size is 250x50 mm , which allows for the addition of small-sized parts.
