CIFF 2026 Exhibition and KDT Machinery International Dealer Conference
Right after the HOLZ-HANDWERK exhibition in Nuremberg, the Stancomplect team traveled to China to attend CIFF 2026, the region’s largest exhibition of woodworking machinery and furniture solutions. The exhibition stand was organized by the engineering department from the main office of KDT.
Traditionally, CIFF 2026 attracted more than 300,000 visitors during the exhibition period, including many guests from different parts of the world. Such strong interest was driven by the presentation of new approaches to furniture design, materials, fittings, and manufacturing technologies. Among the countless exhibitions featuring the latest solutions, the stand of KDT attracted particular attention with its technological innovations and approach to production automation.

Among the many machines presented at the stand, particular attention was drawn to the updated KN-3710DP CNC machining center; the KDT WG8C1H1W1-Z1R1D6 automatic cardboard box production machine, modified to work with various cardboard feeding systems; the WG8F8 automatic box folding machine; new edgebanding machine models; and automated solutions such as the KHS-6713 smart vertical storage system, capable of operating with the KS-833HG CNC panel saw and with an automatic cutting line based on two KN-3710DP CNC machining centers with robotic unloading.
Another highlight was the automated drilling section featuring robotic loading and the KHS-6310S intelligent accumulation and sorting buffer, capable of sorting workpieces according to customer orders.
Updated KN-3710DP CNC machining center
The time-proven KN-3710DP CNC machining center has been modified and structurally improved. In addition to a number of less noticeable changes, the two main upgrades are the expansion of the carousel-type tool magazine from 12 to 16 positions and the introduction of electronic vacuum zone adjustment.
Cardboard box production machine KDT WG8C1H1W1-Z1R1D6
This machine has been modified to work with various cardboard feeding systems for the production of cardboard boxes.

Automatic box folding machine KDT WG8F8
The machine is used for automatic forming of boxes from pre-cut blanks in FEFCO 0410 format. It can be used either as a standalone unit or as part of an automated packaging line.
New and updated edgebanding machines
At the exhibition, new edgebanding machine models KDT KE-399R, KE-396JG, KE-712BT, KE-258JSA, and the flagship model KE-526GHT were presented.
The KE-258 became the smallest machine among those presented, with a feed speed of up to 12 m/min and an impressive set of functions for its size. The KE-712BT features servo adjustment of the copying units in the corner processing section and is capable of working with workpieces of 40 mm in width. The KE-399R and KE-396JG machines are designed for softforming of components.
According to its status as a flagship model, the KE-526GHT demonstrates the highest feed speed of 30 m/min, full servo-driven adjustment of all units, two glue pots, and a servo edge magazine with 6+6 positions.

Automated material storage system KHS-6713
The KHS-6713 vertical automated sheet material storage system automatically distributes sheets into storage cells and is capable of loading CNC panel saws and machining centers. Depending on the configuration, it can include up to 14 storage cells.
CNC panel saw KS-833HG
One of the latest CNC panel saws from KDT Machinery is the KS-833HGT, featuring a modified rear sheet loading system designed for integration with an automated sheet material storage system.

Automated cutting section
The automated cutting section based on two KN-3710DP CNC machining centers is integrated with the KHS-6713 automated sheet material storage system and is capable of performing cutting operations without operator intervention. Unloading can be carried out by a robotic manipulator equipped with a vacuum module, transferring workpieces to a floor conveyor, pallets, or a powered conveyor system.
CNC drilling center KD-868A
The KD-868A CNC drilling center features two working zones. Each zone is equipped with two upper and one lower drilling units, as well as one upper and one lower milling spindle. Workpiece loading is performed by a robotic manipulator with a vacuum module. Finished workpieces are transferred from the machine via powered conveyors to an intelligent accumulation buffer system.

Smart accumulation and sorting buffer system KHS-6310S
Thanks to integration into the production line, the buffer accumulates furniture workpieces from different orders and, on demand, supplies these workpieces according to the specific order. Movement of workpieces between storage cells is carried out using vacuum modules.
Simultaneously with CIFF 2026, an international dealers’ conference was held at the main office of KDT. Over three days, participants took part in an award ceremony recognizing partners for various achievements, visited production facilities where KDT machines are manufactured, and explored innovative technological solutions shaping the future development of the industry.
Among the presented technologies, particular attention was drawn to the company’s new development direction — 5-axis CNC machining centers, which open expanded possibilities for high-precision and multifunctional machining.

The conference opening traditionally began with a presentation of achievements over the past year and an outline of key development directions for the coming year. During the informal part, participants discussed the results of cooperation between dealers, exchanged practical experience, and confirmed their intention to further strengthen partnership relations.
The main event of the first day was the recognition of various achievements of the dealers. The Stancomplect team was pleased to receive awards. The first was for being among the top ten largest KDT dealers by sales volume in 2025. The second nomination, “Rising Star 2025,” is an award that reflects growth across all areas: sales, service, and marketing.

The second day was no less eventful and was fully dedicated to the production side. Company representatives conducted an extended guided tour for dealer teams from different countries across several manufacturing facilities where the main machine lines are produced. Participants were able to see the full production cycle: from the preparation of structural components and mechanical processing to the assembly of units and final machinery testing.

The final day of the meeting was the most interesting. On this day, new machines were presented, with their release scheduled throughout the current year.
The main highlight was a range of 5-axis CNC machining centers designed for complex wood processing and the production of various furniture components, such as bed legs, chairs, decorative items, and more. These machines are capable of performing turning, milling, engraving, drilling, and other operations.
Other machines were also presented. The KDT-6022NC is a multi-spindle drilling center equipped with 2 vertical and 2 horizontal drilling units, enabling four-side drilling with a workpiece feeding magazine. The main feature of the machine is its unloading and stacking system based on servo drives, which allows the formation of stacks of finished workpieces.
The edgebanding machine line was also expanded. The high-speed solutions now include the KE-526KUB and KE-526KUBT machines. They operate at a feed speed of up to 30 m/min when the corner processing unit is not engaged. When this unit is used, the feed speed is 26 m/min. The minimum workpiece size is 30 × 300 mm, and the minimum panel thickness is 8 mm. A key feature of these machines is a reinforced steel pressure beam combined with a belt system, as well as an improved copying unit design in the edge processing sections.
The KE-258 is a modified version of the KE-268JSA edge banding machine. In the new version, the machine length has been reduced to just 3710 mm. Unlike the KE-268JSA, it does not include a corner processing unit. All other specifications remain identical.
An equally important expansion was the line of edgebanding machines with profile processing capabilities. Each machine operates at a feed speed of up to 10 m/min during profile processing. Depending on the model, they are capable of performing different types and numbers of machining operations.
The most flexible solution in this line is the KE-399R. It is equipped with two sets of processing units, allowing the machine to process both standard workpieces and those with profile processing on a single machine. The feed speed is 24 m/min for standard processing and 10 m/min for profile processing.
The KE-396JCG is a specialized machine for producing profiled workpieces. It is equipped with a single set of processing units and is capable of processing only profiled components, operating at a feed speed of 10 m/min.
