The Drilling Master has a built-in editor for creating machining maps directly in the machine's control program.
The machine is equipped with digital counters, which allows you to quickly change from one size to another. Pneumatic brakes securely fix the drilling traverses and guarantee stability and accuracy according to the additive chart.
The KDT-6462K machine has the following equipment:
2 horizontal end traverses with 21 spindles.
6 lower vertical traverses, double design with independent motors (11+11)x6. They have the ability to rotate 90 degrees.
4 top vertical traverses, double design with independent motors (11+11)x4. They have the ability to rotate 90 degrees.
Drilling of the part is carried out from four sides, this guarantees the processing of most cards in one work cycle.
On request, the machine can be manufactured in the following configurations:
Lower vertical traverses in the amount of 1 to 8 x (11+11).
Upper vertical traverses in the amount of 1 to 5 x (11+11);
Automatic feeding of parts into the working area, ensures maximum productivity of the machine in mass production.
The machine can work in two modes:
walk-through mode, two operators work.
return mode, one operator works.
Powerful drilling traverse drives guarantee fast and precise insertion of required mounting holes in workpieces.
Precise automatic positioning of the upper and lower traverses in accordance with the additive map.
The positioning of the stops along the width of the part according to the technical specifications occurs automatically. This ensures high accuracy and minimum time for reconfiguring the machine from one additive map to another.
Pneumatic cylinders have the ability to move to adjust to the size of the workpiece, thereby reliably and accurately fix the workpiece in the working area. An additional pair of pneumatic cylinders with the possibility of perpendicular movement is also installed on the machine.
