Purpose

CNC drilling center KD-612G with two drilling groups at the top and bottom for drilling from 6 sides (workpiece size 1200 * 2800 mm), two upper milling spindles with C axis and two lower ones, linear tool change for 10 positions for of the right upper milling spindle + linear tool change for 2 units for the left upper milling spindle with C axis is designed for high-precision drilling of through and blind holes in the ends and planes of furniture panels, which allows processing any additive maps in one pass of the part. This is a modern machine with advanced technology.

Drilling from 6 sides. There are 2 drilling groups installed on the machine: 10 - horizontal spindles, 23 - vertical spindles (14 - from above, 9 - from below). As standard, there are 2 upper milling units for 9 kW and 5.5 kW and two lower ones for 3.5 kW each.

The upper drilling and milling group consists of 10 horizontal spindles and 14 vertical spindles and 2 milling spindles for 9 kW (possibility of milling in the C axis) and 5.5 kW . The upper milling spindle, due to its increased power, has the ability to work with various tools and carry out various operations - milling under the LAMELLO tie, milling at 45 °, milling for door fittings, side milling and grooving.
special unit
The support of the multi-functional rotary axis C by the upper left milling spindle makes it possible to work with many types of machines. The 360° C-axis eliminates repositioning by the machine, so the part can be machined in one cycle. A magazine for 2 units speeds up the processing process. And the clamp with an air cushion enables high-quality processing of the part.

powerful welded frame
The machine bed was developed taking into account CAD programs, where the maximum allowable loads and requirements for the machine design were calculated and simulated. The welded bed is tempered to relieve all internal stresses in the material, then processing takes place on a five-axis metalworking machine, where all platforms and holes for mounting components and assemblies are milled.
